About University: GNDU located in Amritsar, spread over 500 acres of land and was established on 24 November 1969. The university is reaccredited in 4th cycle with CGPA of 3.85 at ‘A++’ Grade in December 2022 by NAAC Bangalore. GNDU became the only university of Punjab to get the elite ‘Category - 1’ status by the UGC. It was also placed among top ten high performing state public universities across India by MHRD. GNDU Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025

The last date of GNDU UG Admission 2025 is 11 July 2025, and the applicants can apply online by paying the application fee of INR 1500, except for B.Tech and B.Arch, which is INR 2500. Candidates who want to take admission in GNDU UG courses must hold 10+2 with 40% aggregate marks from a recognized board. The GNDU provides admission in various undergraduate courses that includes BEd, BBA, B.Tech, B.Des, BALLB, LLB, BLibISc and more with multiple streams. The fees of these courses range approximately INR 39,055 to INR 1,52,895.

GNDU PG Admission 2025-26 has started on 8 May 2025 and the last date to fill out the application form will be 11 July 2025. Applicants can apply for PG courses through the official website of the university by submitting the required documents, an application fee of INR 1500 before the deadline. The university provides admission in M.Tech, MSc, MEd, MTTM, MA, MCA, LLM, MBA, M.Com etc with multiple specialisations. The fees for PG programs start from INR 49,915 to INR 1,57,535. To be eligible for Postgraduate courses, a Bachelor’s degree is required with minimum 50% marks for General and 45% for reserved categories.
